Putin worries about Saakashvili’s tie
Fresh from talks with Yulia Tymoshenko, Russian Prime Minister Putin said Saakashvili’d better meet with Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yushchenko without wearing tie on.
“It would be better them to have dinner without wearing ties on… I mean, you never know… Ties are in great demand now, you know… Well, you see my point,” Putin told journalists.
This double-barrelled statement has last year’s background when movies of Saakashvili in live broadcasting appeared everywhere. And yes, excited Saakashvili was chewing his tie.
