Armenian-Indian session to be held
Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisyan has hosted today newly appointed Indian Ambassador to Armenia, Mr. Achal Kumar Malhotra, Cabinet’s press office reports.
Welcoming and congratulating Mr. Achal K. Malhotra, Tigran Sarkisyan said he hopes Armenian-Indian relations will strengthen.
“We pay a great attention to political relations between our counties but at the same time we support the deepening of economic relations. I believe, our counties have a great potential, said Prime Minister.
Mr. Achal K. Malhotra, in his turn, conveyed greetings from Indian Prime Minister and the Indian people, told about Armenian communities in India and their contribution to country’s life.
The parties have discussed item of establishing of an Information and Communication Centers in Armenia and items of cooperation in fields of science and agriculture. Indian Ambassador has presented a new plan of contributing to friendly countries. The officials also shared experience on overcoming the global economical crisis.
Prime Minister Sarkisyan said he hopes Armenian-Indian session would be held soon.
