Nogaideli on the way to Moscow to deal with “United Russia”
Former Georgian premier, leader of the oppositional “Movement for Fair Georgia” Zurab Nogaideli is paying a four-day visit to Russia’s Moscow. Nogaideli is reported is going to sign an agreement on cooperation with the “United Russia” Party.
The agreement is reported to be signed by the chairman of the Supreme Council of the “United Russia” Party, Boris Gryzlov. It contains some provisions on consultations and cooperation between Russia and Georgia in field of information. Besides, it contains some proposals on sharing the experience in sphere of recruitment, party’s founding, and educational and training courses for personnel.
The sides are expected to hold meetings, seminars and conferences for experts, analysts, specialists to discuss and share a wide range of topical Russia-Georgia and international issues; and all these on the regular basis.
It’s worth mentioning, that Zurab Nogaideli is the first Georgian politician who paid a visit to Russia after Russia-Georgia war in August 2008. He visited Moscow in October-November 2009 and met with Russian officials, including Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
