The issue of not committing Pashinyan to amnesty is artificial

After the Collegiate session at the RA chief prosecutor's office the Prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan touched upon the amnesty of Nicol Pashinyan.

He said if a person is accused to 8 years of imprisonment a sanction will be defined. But the question of not committing Pashinyan to amnesty is an artificial issue.

“We can’t speak of amnesty or not amnesty in this stage, when we do not have a legal verdict yet”, - the prosecutor mentioned.
