North Korea may resume talks with 'six'
North Korea may resume nuclear-related talks with six, which involves the U.S., South Korea, China, Russia and Japan, soon in April, AP reports citing local media outlets.
The North said would only return to the talks after the sanctions are lifted.
The U.S., in its turn, said North Korea must first return to the negotiating table and make progress on denuclearization.
