NATO-lead ‘Armenia 2010’ conference to be held in Yerevan
The conference to discuss Armenia Training Plan 2010 within the framework of the NATO ‘Partnership for Peace’ Program will be held in Yerevan on March 16-18.
Armenia Training Plan 2010 includes some items to be discussed in relation to exercises scheduled for September 11-17 in the Kotayk Region of Armenia. September exercises’ key objective is to practice actions in case of emergencies.
Seven organisations and 20 countries are reported to participate in the conference, which will be followed by signing of a memorandum between Armenia’s Ministry for Emergency Situations and the Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre.
