Bagdasarian says won’t run in presidential elections in 2013
Head of the Orinants Erkir Party Artur Baghdasarian said isn’t going to run in the presidential elections in 2013.
“I am not going to run in 2013 in presidential elections,” Artur Baghdasarian said at the press conference.
“Orinants Erkir Party will run in parliamentary elections in 2012. We’ve completed a strategic cooperation agreement with Serzh Sargsyan, and we will do our best to implement all projects,” he said.
According to Artur Baghdasarian, Orinants Erkir Party and the Republicans have initiated an agreement on strategic political cooperation.
When asked about snap elections, Artur Baghdasarian said there is not any reason to hold special elections. He said: “The elections will be held in time.”
