“Gyumri” in the frameworks of “Theatre X”

Today in Gumri in the frameworks of the 3rd republican festival “Theatre X” the usual performance will take place.

The following actors are included in the performance, Rafael Grigoryan, Anahit Kocharyan, Susanna Baghdasaryan, Khachik Badalyan, Gevorg Khachatryan etc.

The play “Our old piano” presents the modern life, when there is a difficult situation in the country and people are hopeless. The main hero of the play decides to leave everything and to leave for America where his daughter lives. At that moment the childhood memories visit the man and his mother as if whispers “Be careful, my son, don’t be mistaken.”

The old piano itself has its unique place in the play, it connects the main hero to his fatherland.

The performance lasts for 1 hour and 10 minutes. For the first time the play “Our old piano” was presented to the public on December 20, 2009.
