Homeless man found dead in Baku Military Commissariat building

A dead body of a man aged between 30 and 35 was found in the Baku Military Commissariat non-operating building yesterday evening, vesti.az reported.

Baku Sabail District Deputy Prosecutor Elchin Sultanov said the building is half-destroyed and is a place of refuge for homeless people.

“The killed man is also homeless, he has not been identified yet. The forensic medical expertise established that the murder was committed yesterday, with two knife stabs resulting in person’s death. The cause and circumstances of the murder are not reported yet. A criminal case was filed over the murder on Article 120 (deliberate murder) of Azerbaijan Criminal Code,” official reported.
