Azerbaijan: Ministry of Education owes builders more than $60,000

A building company has brought a case before the court against Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan, APA informational agency reported. The conflict between AN Inshaat Company and the Ministry aroused when the Ministry had violated the agreement on construction works to be held in the Ecological College #291 in Baku. 

The company filed a claim that the Ministry owed the company more than $60,000.

The first court hearing against the Ministry will be held on August 25 and will be chaired by Judge Gourban Abbasov.
