RA president: Artshakh will never make a part of Azerbaijan again

On 28 August President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia arrived in Artsakh with a working visit.

On 29 August Presidents of the Artsakh Republic and the Republic of Armenia Bako Sahakyan and Serzh Sargsyan visited some educational and cultural establishments in capital Stepanakert.

The Presidents got acquainted with the newly built sector of the senior school N11 and the activities of the Center of children's creative work. On his visit to Artsakh’s school N11 he has stated that the Nagorno Karabakh will never ever be in a part of Azerbaijan.

As analitika.at.ua informs Serzh Sargsyan has mentioned in his speech that our activities will be directed to persuading Azerbaijan and other countries that there is no way back, and the return of Karabakh to Azerbaijan is excluded.

The president has noticed that Artsakh, having many problems, is an established statehood, which will develop and will become stronger.

Artsakh Republic minister of education and science Vladik Khachatryan, executive director of the "Hayastan" All-Armenian fund Ara Vardanyan and other officials were accompanying the Presidents.
