7 Azerbaijanis killed in Azeri diversion
“The report issued by Azerbaijan does not correspond to reality, moreover, they turn the events upside down. The diversion was initiated by the Azerbaijani side, and the enemy attack was repulsed,” spokesman for NKR Defense Army Commander Senor Hasratyan told an aysor.am correspondent commenting upon a regular Azerbaijani diversion in the direction of the village of Chaylu.
The Azerbaijani side has admitted that they suffered casualties meanwhile mentioning that the Armenian side also sustained casualties.
“There are at least seven casualties in the Azerbaijani army, the names of two of them are reported – Vugar Amirov and Parvin Abdullayev. A serviceman from the Karabakh army was injured in the fight. He was rushed to Stepanakert hospital, and his life is out of danger,” official said.
According to Hasratyan, as always, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry does not report the real number of their casualties, and indeed this number is much larger than reported.
