Is Aliyev going to recognize NKR?

However, we guess: in all probability, Aliyev has decided to recognize NKR, then to pay a state visit to that country to ask NKR leaders for reconciliation. And just at that time they will have to place the Azerbaijani flag beside the NKR flag, according to the protocol. Just for an hour or two. And to keep it standing long he should think of opening an Embassy in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
