HAK to hold rally on September 17

The Armenian National Congress (HAK) will hold a rally on September 17 near Matenadaran. Yerevan Mayor’s Office did not authorize HAK rally in Liberty Square, HAK Coordinator Levon Zurabyan said. HAK Board yesterday passed a resolution to do its utmost to get a right of holding the rally in Liberty Square.

Zurabyan said that HAK leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan will address the September 17 rally. His speech will be “serious and will have new accents,” according to the speaker.
