Sept. 6: Azerbaijan violates cease-fire agreement 116 times
Armenia’s Defense Ministry said in a statement that Azerbaijan had violated the cease-fire agreement 116 times within a single day of September 6.
Early on September 6 and all day long, Azerbaijan violated cease-fire agreement with Armenia 116 times, attacking the Armenian positions across the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, the Defense Ministry said.
The fire was opened towards Armenian positions in direction of Gardrut, Martuni, Askeran and Martakert regions. Some 1015 shots were registered.
Armenian forces defeated positions; this made the Azerbaijani side stop the attacks.
