Putin to keep his promise

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin believes the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline construction project can be implemented with the assistance of Russian specialists. He said he supposes “the Russian-Turkish project will be completed successfully.”

“We have promised Erdogan we will take part in the construction activities, and we will keep our promise,” Golos Rossii quoted Putin as saying in response to a question by Director of the Turkish Center for International Relations & Strategic Analysis Sinan Ohan.
