Azerbaijan recognizes Right of returning of the Armenian refugees

Azerbaijan recognizes the right of returning of the Armenian refugees who were displaced by force. Yesterday during the investigation of a case “Sargsyan against Azerbaijan” the representative of the Azerbaijani Government Chingiz Asgarov answering to the question of the Judge Alvina Gyulimyan stated the above mentioned in the European Court of Human Rights.

Answering to the question of A. Gyulumyan whether Azerbaijan recognizes the right of returning of the Armenian refugees he has particularly noticed that, “Yes. The Azerbaijani Government recognizes the right of the returning of the Armenian refugees.”
