Habib Abdullayev fined for offensive remarks about S. Sargsyan
Germany-based blogger Habib Abdullayev, known as Hebib Muntezir, has been fined for his offensive remarks about Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, which were spread through Facebook.
His case was heard in Berlin.
Now he has to pay a fine of EURO 900 to the German treasury, otherwise he will have to face prison.
Abdullayev was earlier arrested by German police on 23 June for making the same kind of offensive expressions about Armenian President S. Sargsyan at a protest in Berlin.
