RA President receives Philippe Lefort

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has received EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Philippe Lefort.

The President’s press office reported that at the meeting, the sides discussed Armenia-EU relations and issues concerning the expansion of cooperation between Armenia and EU. They also touched upon the latest developments in the Nagorno Karabakh settlement process and regional issues.

Presenting the EU disposition EU Special Representative Philippe Lefort noted that EU sees no alternative to OSCE Minsk Group in Karabakh conflict settlement, and changing the format of negotiations will not be efficient.
