A. Ghukasyan: “There are forces in Azerbaijan that could help us”

“We should carry out aggressive policy, aggressive propaganda to attain success in anything. Azerbaijan carries out this policy in international institutions. Armenia should do the same thing,” said expert of Azerbaijani studies Sargis Asatryan.

He mentioned that Armenia has got all the means for carrying out more active international policy.

“Azerbaijan spends a lot of money on his lobby. Armenia should undertake corresponding steps,” the expert believes.

Speaking of repopulation of the liberated territories speaker Andreas Ghukasyan noted that the problem is in the establishment of new cities in Armenia which is much more important in case of the liberated territories.

“There are some forces in Azerbaijan that could help us to achieve our goals. Regime in Azerbaijan should be changed. For this very reason those forces struggle. We should be able to cooperate with them. This will be within the interests of Armenia as well,” A. Ghukasyan said.
