G. Ayvazyan: “I have got 3 homes in Baku”

“The Azerbaijani leadership thinks that the Armenian and Azerbaijani refugees should return to the territory of Artsakh Republic and to live in the liberated territories together. However, it is impossible. The obscene Turks shouldn’t walk through Artsakh’s holy land. If the Azerbaijani leadership thinks that we can live together in the same territory with the Azerbaijanis then it should provide us with living conditions so that we could return to Baku,” said Grigor Ayvazyan, the head of the Azerbaijani Armenians’ Union.

He noted that the issue of the refugees has become a subject of manipulations in the process of negotiations, it is the main card. The suggestion they make, however, is not realistic.

“I have got 3 houses, three of them are in Baku,” G. Ayvazyan stressed and added, “We are convinced that we should speak about the Armenians returning to their historical lands more actively.”
