Syunik governor sued “Zhamanak” daily

Syunik’s governor Surik Khachatryan sued “Zhamanak” daily and “1in.am” site and is going to sue “Armnews” TV channel in the near future. The reason is the interview given to “Zhamanak” daily, according to which Surik Khachatryan has made an indecent offer to the journalist. According to the governor, however, the journalist has spoken not with him but with some other person who had the same phone number but with another code - (093).

“Erkir” daily has called by the indicated number and code – (093) – to check whether the information was true. The person who answered the call did not want to present himself, but confirmed that it was him who had answered the journalist. The newspaper writes that the voices were rather common.
