Republican roadways are mainly passable

As of February 9 at 13.30the interstate, republican roadways and mountain passes are mainly passable, the Transport and Communication Ministry reports.

After the snow removal on Yerevan-Yeghvard-Buzhakan roadway the Aragyugh-Buzhakan road is open. Berd – Chambarak road and Selim mountain pass still remain closed.

All the means are mobilized to secure safe traffic. The snow removal work is underway all across the country.

The transport and communication ministry calls on the drivers to use winter tyres only.
