B. Sahakyan handed in diplomas to Artsakh students

On 15 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan in a solemn atmosphere handed in diplomas to a group of Artsakh State University students who graduated the Alma Mater with distinction.

In his speech the Head of State noted the importance of higher education for our republic underlining that we build such a state where knowledge, educated and well-rounded person should have a crucial role.

President Sahakyan noted that solemn ceremony of handing in diplomas to the best graduates by the Head of the State was held for the first time and would be of a continuous nature to become a good tradition.

Premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials were present at the event, the press office of the NKR president reports.
