Political techniques specialist: FMs busy with money laundering
Though they show as if the situation in the political field of Armenia is calm, in reality there it is rather tensed, said political techniques specialist Karen Kocharyan to Aysor.am.
The existing tension according to political techniques specialist exist in domestic policy which is dependant from US, Europe and Russian Federation.
“All the geopolitical centers have influence over Armenia. The fact that PAP didn’t form coalition and Vardan Oskanyan’s case with the NSS are the reflection of external world,” K. Kocharyan thinks.
As for the case of the former minister V. Oskanyan the speaker said that it has become a “bad habit” stating every 5 years that Foreign Minister is engaged in money laundering.
