Charles Aznavour met Armenians in Shanghai

Shanghai hosted a big international event, charity gala concert on June 18. World-famous Armenian singer Charles Aznavour had been invited to participate in the concert, Foreign Ministry press service reported.

On June 19, Charles Aznavour had a meeting with Armenians of Shanghai, initiated by the Armenian Embassy in China. Ambassador Armen Sargsyan introduced around 20 young Armenians to the guest. Aznavour answered questions from meeting attendees.

During the warm meeting Charlez Aznavour talked about Armenia and preservation of Armenian identity, highlighting the role of youth in our country’s establishment and development.
