Head of CIS Department of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Armen Ghevondyan has commented on the nota of Uzbekistan on its withdrawal from the CSTO.
“There are separate procedures and processes for the withdrawal from international organizations as well as from the CSTO. This type of issues are being observed and interpreted in the context of such procedures and processes,” Armen Ghevondyan stated.
