Hovhannisyan: putting down mandate is not a punishment

The head of the NA ARF Vahan Hovhannisyan answered question of the Aysor.am correspondent whether it was correct for R. Hayrapetyan to put his mandate down.

“Yes it was correct. Putting down the mandate is not a punishment. It is not a crime not being an MP. If someone puts down his mandate it shouldn’t be taken as a punishment. It is in the frames of morality, just like the feeling of guilt. He has put down his mandate within the frames of morality.”
