Russian singer Niloo wins New Wave 2012

The winner of the contest for performers of youth pop music "New Wave 2012" was won by Russian singer Niloo who received the main prize: the Crystal Wave and a cash prize of 50,000 euros, Voice of Russia reported.

Second place and 30,000 euros went to the Italian Costanzo Del Pinto.

20,000 euros was awarded to Mary Yaremchuk from Ukraine who finished in third place.

16 Competitors from 14 countries took part with Russia being represented at the competition by the group IOWA, the group W and singer Niloo.
