Oskanian appeals against court decision

MP, founder of Civilitas Foundation Vartan Oskanian has appealed against the July 23 decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan to the Court of Appeal, Civilitas Foundation reported.

On July 23, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts dismissed a complaint lodged by Vartan Oskanian’s lawyer against the decision of the National Security Service (NSS) to initiate a criminal case against the Foundation.
