Court dismisses Moroz’s lawsuit against Hraparak
The court has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Margarita Khachatryan, nicknamed Moroz, against Hraparak daily. The lawsuit demanded that Hraparak publish a refutation of its article which was released on April 11, 2011.
“This is one of the rare cases when press and freedom of expression dominated and the court made an unbiased decision meeting legal requirements,” Hraparak writes.
