Gyumri mayor orders subordinates to sign up for Facebook

Gyumri mayor Vardan Ghukasyan has ordered employees of structures under Mayor’s Office jurisdiction to sign up for Facebook and to participate in Facebook voting polls, Zhoghovurd reports.

However, Vardan Ghukasyan’s spokesman denied the rumor.

“It is not true, it is not our style,” he told the paper.

Ghukasyan’s security guards joke that “our weapon is the computer mouse,” the paper adds.
