Vano Siradeghyan dead, paper says

A famous intellectual, who was once on close terms with Vano Siradeghyan, told Hraparak that Siradeghyan died abroad months ago after illness, but this fact is not made public for some reasons.

To clear up the rumor, the paper contacted Siradeghyan’s wife Ruzan Tonoyan, director of Khnko-Aper Library.

Asked whether it is true that Vano is dead, Tonoyan said, “There is nothing of the kind. I don’t want to comment on anything. I don’t want to talk about it. People can say whatever they like. I don’t know what to say. We will only inform people when something important happens which we think they should know.”
