ICRC conducts negotiations with all interested parties
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is conducting negotiations with all the interested parties over the fate of the crew of the Nagorno Karabakh Air Force’s Mi-24 helicopter shot down by Azerbaijan, the ICRC Yerevan Office representative Zara Amatuni told Aysor.am.
“A dialog is underway in the past few days. The ICRC is conducting negotiations with all the interested parties. We offered our independent mediation in this case,” Z. Amatuni said.
According to the head of commission, the author of photo hasn’t taken into account that the stamp is put only one side of the envelope, so it is impossible to cast the ballot in such position, that all the stamps can be visible.
The main Kurdish militia in Rojava is the Democratic Union Party (PYD), an offshoot of the Turkish-Kurdish rebel movement known as the PKK. According to news reports, the PKK has sent several hundred fighters from Turkey to Syria to help the PYD against the jihadists.
