Nalbandyan: Solution of Iran nuclear problem is in all countries’ interests
“The current positive tendencies inspire hope that the negotiations on the nuclear problem will soon produce a positive result, which stems from interests of not only Iran, but also the regional countries and the international community,” Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan said.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said for his part that Iran’s nuclear program is a peaceful one.
“Sanctions are not the best way of solving international problems and they have never produced positive results. A language of sanctions should not be used regarding Iran, and in general, any country. The solution of this problem is in interests of all countries,” Javad Zarif stated.
“We do not pursue the goal of making nuclear arms, and there is no need to persuade the international community of that. An agreement on the main issue was reached during Geneva talks, and details are being discussed now,” he said.
