Russian Prosecutor Office answer: Permyakov not to be handed over to Armenia
The Office of Russian Prosecutor General has responded to the letter sent by the member of Armenian parliament’s ‘Heritage’ faction Ms. Zaruhi Postanjyan to Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to the press service of Heritage Party.
The statement says in particular that an answer was received from Russian Prosecutor’s Office in response to the letter to the Russian president with a demand that Valery Permyakov, a conscript of the Russian 102nd military base in Armenia, who is charged with killing the Avetisyan family in Gyumri should be handed over to Armenian law enforcement bodies.
According to the letter sent by the Russian side, V. Permyakov is not to be handed over to Armenian law enforcement agencies as he is a citizen of the Russian Federation.
