Head of State Control Service Davit Sanasaryan violates ethics rule set by Public Service law
Head of the State Control Service Davit Sanasaryan has violated the ethics rule fixed in the law on Public Service. The decision has been published by the Ethics Commission.
According to the decision, Sanasaryan has not promoted formation of trust and respect toward the post he holds and the body he represents. Sanasaryan may appeal the decision within a month.
On February 26 the Ethics Commission started a proceeding against head of State Control Service Davit Sanasaryan on obvious violation of norms of ethics based on the application of the rector of Yerevan State University.
Sanasaryan applied to the Ethics Commission of High-Ranking officials to dismiss the case.
Aram Simonyan mentioned in his application that Sanasaryan stated about the revealed abuses in the YSU before the results of the audit were wrapped up in accordance with the rule set by the law.
