Three Armenian citizens suffered in traffic accident in Georgia transported to Armenia in ambulance, those in grave conditions via helicopter
Armenian’s deputy emergency situations minister Armen Harutyunyan who returned from Georgia reported that three citizens of Armenia suffered in the traffic accident in Georgia, on Tbilisi-Senak-Leselidze highway are being transported to Armenia.
According to the arrangement, they will be transported to Armenian medical establishments in ambulance from Armenian-Georgian border at 10 a.m. local time.
Those who suffered more serious injuries and are in grave condition will be transported via helicopters.
The accident took place on July 7. Georgia’s Home Affairs Ministry reported that at about 6 a.m. a Mercedes car crashed into a fence and burst into fire.
Corpses of three passengers were taken out, other five passengers were hospitalized in Georgia’s Kareli and Gori medical centers.
Doctors say the condition of one in Gori is of average gravity and the condition of two is grave and they were transported to Tbilisi medical centers.
The condition of two passengers in Kareli medical center has been assessed as grave. They too were transported to Tbilisi medical centers.
