Four water trucks, 67 rescuers participated in fire extinguishing works in Tsitsernakaberd
Fire broke out on July 14 nearby the Armenian Genocide Memorial Tsitsernakaberd.
Four fire trucks were dispatched on the site to extinguish the fire.
The fire was isolated at 00.49 a.m. and extinguished at 01.21 a.m., about 20 hectares of grass was burned up.
The works were led by Armenia’s emergency situations minister Felix Tsolakyan.
Some 67 rescuers and 4 water trucks participated in the works from the municipality.
