Education is stumbling on one place with no progress having been registered: YSU Student’s Board Chairman
The strike at the YSU Philology Faculty continues against the decision on making Armenian language, Armenian history and Armenian literature subjects not mandatory in the universities.
“I am in general against the positions of Arayik Harutyunyan relating to education. The education is not paid necessary attention to, the YSU is not on government’s focus at all,” YSU Student’s Board chairman Davit Apoyan told the reporters.
The student claimed that the education is not registering a progress.
“The education is stumbling on one place,” he said.
Apoyan also considered it strange that the dean of the faculty is not among them, stressing that more probably he has met with the rector and they had some discussions over the issue.
