Alliance party presents list of demands to authorities

Armenia needs a single-vector foreign policy, balanced – but in the sidelines of defensive concept, leader of Alliance party Tigran Urikhanyan stated at the party’s congress today.

“We need an arrangement and its implementation that will not be breached even in case of the existing contract base,” Urikhanyan stated, presenting list of demands to the authorities.

He added that they demand from the authorities to sober up but not as Azerbaijan’s MFA says – to put up with the reality, but to counteract, but thoughtfully and making calculations.

“Immediately initiate new format negotiations with ally Russia over the situation in Syunik, Artsakh issue and security concept of Armenia.

Ensure the urgent return of our compatriots captured by Azerbaijan

Launch process of creation of Armenian-Russian united border guard troops.

Urgently carry out anti-crisis social program ensuring loan paroling for the vulnerable layers of the society.

Very quickly apply mandatory healthcare insurance system.

Raise pensions at the expense of annulling mandatory assembling component.

Organize absolutely legal, perfect and transparent election process.

Confess that all the mentioned points have not been carried out due to inability of the authorities and that by elections, in a month, they will try to do the utmost, after which with the will of the people they will yield the power to capable and really elected force,” Urikhanyan read the list.
