Assad has blamed Turkish PM for supporting terrorists in Syria
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has blamed Turkey for the bloodshed in his country, reports said on Wednesday, the international media reports.
Turkish newspaper Cumhurivet has quoted the Syrian president saying that Turkey gave logistical support to the terrorists operating in Syria, Voice of America reported on Wednesday. Assad said the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a sectarian agenda and nurtured a desire to interfere in the internal affairs of Syria, daily.bhaskar reports.
The Syrian president said Erdogan is two-faced –persuading Damascus to bring political reforms while ignoring the mass murders and various shortcomings of the democratic set-up in Gulf states.
