Egyptian passenger tries to go out the plane at 8000 feet altitud
Security personnel on a flight from Sharm el-Sheikh to Cairo Wednesday prevented an Egyptian passenger from opening the aircraft’s emergency door at an altitude of 8000 feet, the almasryalyoum.com reports.
Egypt’s grand mufti and 143 other passengers were on board the EgyptAir Boeing 737 plane.
Interrogations revealed that Ahmed worked in a Sharm el-Sheikh hotel and was dismissed one week ago. He tried to take revenge for his dismissal by opening the plane's door, the security sources said.
