Armenia-EU cooperation continues, results to be seen soon: EU Delegation head
Armenia’s new government and the EU continue cooperation, head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Piotr Świtalski said at a news conference today.
“The new government displayed flexibility and pragmatism, and I can say that I am satisfied with our cooperation. We have a dialogue with the government over the 2019 action plan. The new government has drawn borders for extensive maneuvers of the priorities. From the first glance we have received a good impression from these proposals,” Świtalski said.
He said as of the moment they are waiting for the Armenian government to submit a road map relating to the Comprehensive and Enhanced Agreement.
“I believe that the current government is informed and well aware and values the cooperation with the EU. The EU is also interested in more useful cooperation with Armenia. We continue our work, and I am sure you will soon see the results in the form of new financial contracts, new agreements,” the Ambassador said.
