No leaks should be allowed: Security Council Secretary
It is the function of investigative bodies to find out how the secret documents relating to March 1 criminal case appeared in the hands of foreign mass media, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan told the reporters today.
Asked whether it is not a threat to the state when documents of big significance appear in the hands of others, Grigoryan said that there is no country in the world to having solved the issue and the proof of it is the existence of WikiLeaks.
“All face this issue, and WikiLeaks is a bright example of it. The documents of one of the biggest powers of the world – USA – appeared in the hands of mass media,” Grigoryan said.
He said what happened raises concerns.
“It is very important for us not to have any leaks, as the secrecy means security as well,” Grigoryan said.
In its article the BBC wrote that Artsakh forces opened fire in the direction of protesters on March 1, 2008 and that there was a secret headquarter in presidential residence funded by Gagik Tsarukyan and Samvel Alexanyan.
