Judge to examine appeal against Ara Saghatelyan’s arrest known
The appeal against the arrest of the former head of staff of Armenian parliament Ara Saghatelyan has been ascribed to judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal Arshak Vardanyan.
Aysor.am learnt about it from the attorney Hakob Yenokyan.
The court session will more probably take place on Thursday.
Yesterday the investigator lifted the ban on visiting Ara Saghatelyan which he applied against Saghatelyan’s family members.
Saghatelyan was jailed for two months with the February 21 court ruling.
Judge of first instance court Armine Meliksetyan upheld the NSS petition to arrest Saghatelyan.
The former head of the NA staff is accused of using fake Facebook account.
