Armenia and Ukraine to clarify economic cooperation details
Ukraine and Armenia are interested in developing and deepening their economic and political relations, Ukrainian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Kukhta told reporters today.
According to him, bilateral trade turnover between the two countries amounted to $223 million last year, with both countries being interested in exporting and importing goods.
“The tariffs will be changed within the Eurasian Economic Union framework, while we assumed certain obligations to the EU so all these issues should be discussed. In late 2014 we plan to hold a sitting of the Armenian-Ukrainian intergovernmental commission to clarify details of economic cooperation,” the Ukrainian ambassador explained.
