ARF leader says US State Department annual report «exaggerated»

In the US State Department annual report everything is mixed over, NA ARF faction leader Vahan Hovhannisyan told journalists at a briefing today.

«There are points which are not subject to dispute, all of us are aware that Presidential Elections 2008 were not what can be called one of the best. Mutual intolerance brought about clashes, we had victims during those, political crisis was brought about,» V. Hovhannisyan said.

According to him, disputable is the provision stating the political crisis has not been overcome by now. V. Hovhannisyan called it «exaggeration.»

Referring to the amnesty, V. Hovhannisyan evaluated it as positive.
