Taxi driver returns $10 000 left by a passenger

New York taxi driver spent Christmas Eve tracking down an old lady who left $10,000 in his taxi.

Felicia Lettieri, a 72-year-old Italian woman was on a visit to relatives in New York, told the New York Post paper. She left the money in a cab driven by 28 year-old Mukul Asaduzzaman on Christmas Eve after being picked up at Penn Station.

It took Mukul Asaduzzaman nearly three hours to drive out to Long Island to find the old lady and give her lost money back.
"It was so beautiful, so kind," Lettieri told the newspaper.

The Post said Asaduzzaman, a native of Bangladesh, is a pre-med student living in Queens, N.Y. He refused to accept any reward for the good deed, besides.
