Barack Obama was maybe in early ’90s rap video

Buzz started building this week that US President Barack Obama had perhaps taken some time out of his busy schedule in 1993 to appear in Tag Team's video for hip-hop jam ‘Whoomp!’ (There It Is). And yes, there is a man who displays a toothy smile that is quite similar to Obama's. Wearing rings and talking into an old-fashioned mobile phone, the smiling man in sunglasses appears around one minute into the video.

This caused an Internet sensation as online message boards are rife with speculation that the man could indeed be Barack Obama.

However, it’s wide known that 31-year-old Obama got actively involved into the political and social life of Chicago in 1993. His partner of those days says that he doesn’t remember that Obama traveled to Atlanta and assured that Obama had never warn ear-rings.
